Inform employers about new hire training dollars and no-cost talent sourcing resources through your local OhioMeansJobs|Summit County facility.

The session will have a brief presentation and Question & Answer segment on the following topics:

  • Recruiting Services
  • Candidate Pre-screening
  • Recruitment Events
  • On-the-Job Training (OJT)
  • Eligibility
  • Subsidized Employment Program (SEP)
  • Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)
  • TechCred

As an employer, you will learn how to:

  • Reduce hiring costs through targeted recruitment strategies to identify qualified job candidates
  • Reduce absences, lower turnover and recruitment costs through talent identification and development
  • Take advantage of On-the-Job Training Grants to support additional hiring/training needs
